Founder-led software & AI studio

Put AI to work.

LuisFounder, Veloz Foundry

Veloz Foundry helps growing businesses work out where AI and custom software will genuinely improve how they operate — then builds the systems that do it.

What Veloz does

Most of the value is in deciding what to build.

Veloz works with small and growing businesses that can tell something should be easier — repetitive admin, disconnected tools, a process held together by one person — but not yet what to build about it.

What Veloz does

  1. Understand how the business actually runs

Not a discovery workshop. A direct look at where the work goes, what gets repeated, and what quietly costs the most time.

  2. Find where AI or software earns its place

Some of it is a better internal tool. Some of it is an integration. Some of it is genuinely a job for AI — and some of it should be left alone.

  3. Build the system

Custom software, workflow automation, internal tools, integrations and AI-enabled systems, built and shipped as working software.

01The project

Mafer.

Custom business software

A real, working system built for one business — not a demo, not a prototype, and not a template with a logo dropped into it.

  • A fuller description of what Mafer does, and the approved screenshots that show it, are being prepared.
  • It is included here as evidence of delivery: a business problem understood, and a substantial system built and put into use.

02The problem

Fragmented tools, and one person holding the thread.

Customer requests and day-to-day communication arriving through whatever channel they happened to arrive through, with the whole thread kept in one person’s head.

03The customer

One place for the customer to be known.

Intake, a customer account, and the conversation that goes with it — so a returning customer is a record rather than a message someone has to remember.

04The owner

Requests and the work behind them, in one view.

Appointment requests arrive into the same system that holds the customer, and the owner’s own workflows run from there rather than from a second set of tools.

05The principle

Built around the business, not around the software.

The system follows the business’s own sequence of work rather than asking the business to follow the software’s. That is the whole method, and it is what Veloz is for.

How a project goes

One person, from the first conversation to the running system.

The scope, the product decisions, the technical judgement and the build are the same person’s work. Nothing gets handed to an account layer.

How a project goes

  1. A conversation

What the business does, what is slow or fragile, and what you have already tried.

  2. A recommendation

What is worth building, what it would take, and what to leave alone — in plain terms, before any commitment to build.

  3. The build

Designed and engineered in usable pieces, so the system is in real use before it is finished.

  4. Still there afterwards

Software stays in service as the business changes. You keep the person who built it.

Who you work with

Veloz Foundry is founder-led. You work with Luis directly.

Luis started Veloz Foundry to do the whole job rather than one slice of it: understand how a business operates, judge where software or AI is actually worth the effort, make the product and technical calls, and build the result.

That combination is the point. Knowing what to build is a different skill from building it, and most of the risk in a project sits in the first one.

Veloz Foundry is the studio; Luis is who you talk to. The name is built to grow beyond one person, but nothing about a project is currently delegated away from him.

Next step

Put AI to work.

The useful first step is a straight conversation about what your business is trying to fix. No pitch deck, no pressure to build anything.

Bring the process that annoys you most. If software or AI is not the right answer, that is a perfectly good outcome of the conversation.
